Right of Withdrawal

At Keywi24, we want your software to work. Although there is often no classic statutory right of withdrawal for digital content (such as licence keys) that has already been delivered, we voluntarily offer you an extended 90-day return guarantee.

How the return works:

Should you find that you have purchased the wrong version or that the software cannot be installed on your device, you can request a refund within 90 days of the purchase date.

The conditions:

Since licence keys cannot simply be "returned" after activation, the process is subject to the following conditions:

Uninstallation declaration:

To prevent misuse, signing a legally binding uninstallation declaration is required. In it, you confirm that you have stopped the installation attempts, removed the software (as far as possible), no longer use the licence key, and have not passed it on to third parties.

Invalidation of the key:

After the reversal of the transaction, the affected product key is reported to Microsoft (or the manufacturer) as invalid and blocked. Any further use is then technically and legally no longer possible.

Send an e-mail to kontakt@keywi24.ch with your order number and a short description of the installation problem.

Form:

We will send you the form for the uninstallation declaration by e-mail.

Repayment:

As soon as we have received the signed form back from you and reviewed it, we will immediately arrange the refund.

How?

The credit is made automatically to the payment method originally used (e.g. back to the credit card, PayPal or Twint).

When?

As a rule, the money is back with you within 3 to 7 business days after receipt of your declaration.

Note regarding error messages:

An installation problem can often be solved quickly. If you send us a screenshot of the error message before returning, we can frequently help you directly or replace the key in case it is defective.
