What we check before the sale
- Activation test of every key. Every key is automatically activated on a real test system – not just a random sample and not a mere format check.
- Microsoft signature check of the download package. With every new version: a signature check of the setup file against the Microsoft public key.
- Edition / language / architecture mapping. Making sure that the licence type offered actually matches what we state in the product description (e.g. Office Standard ≠ Professional Plus).
- Activation guarantee instead of a promise about origin. We document the origin internally, but as a buyer you cannot verify it yourself. What matters: a provider with a genuine commercial register entry and a valid VAT ID, and an activation guarantee with a free replacement should a key ever fail to activate. What happens if something slips through anyway
We check every key automatically, not just random samples. Even so, in individual cases a licence can cause problems for the customer.
In that case: a free replacement key right away. If the problem persists, your money back. Both options without lengthy discussion, set down in writing in our terms and conditions.
